Gary Wright spent decades in the benefits world — designing group plans, auditing claims, and negotiating pharmacy programs for companies across the Midwest through his consulting firm. He saw exactly what good coverage costs, what bad coverage hides, and who the system quietly leaves out: the self-employed, the small business owner, the family working for themselves. BHealthE began in Rockford, Illinois as Gary’s insurance practice. Today it’s something bigger — a resource hub built on a simple conviction:
nobody should have to overpay for healthcare just because they don’t work for a big corporation.
Ken Sloan
Ken Sloan is Chief Growth Officer and Partner of BHealthE, an FMO dedicated to helping independent agents and brokers accelerate their impact for clients while strengthening their own personal and financial health.
He is also the founder of Sloan Healthcare Innovations, whose mission is to accelerate the growth of disruptive healthcare solutions. Before BHealthE, Ken co-founded a Denver-based healthcare incubator and led sales for PSM and the Vitality Group.
Ken is committed to serving the insurance and brokerage community and to advancing solutions that improve access and remove cost from healthcare in America. He is based in Evergreen, Colorado.
Tracy Krause
Tracy Krause is the Vice President of Advisor Services at BHealthE, an FMO dedicated to helping independent agents, advisors, and brokers provide alternative benefit solutions that enhance their clients’ lives.
Tracy has spent her entire career in the benefits industry, including over 10 years as an Account Executive at Aetna and BCBSNE before transitioning to one of the industry’s largest consulting firms. In 2024, she moved into the individual solutions space. She is passionate about educating others on alternative benefit options and building a top-tier service team to support brokers, clients, and members.
Tracy is committed to providing education, training, and excellent service for BHealthE’s alternative solutions to a nationwide community of agents. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, she spends her free time volunteering and spending quality time with family, and her newest Grandson.
