The health benefits big companies get — without the big company.
The Population Science Management (PSM) Working Owner Program opens the door to group health benefit plans for the self-employed, 1099 workers, and families who’ve been priced out.
Here’s exactly how it works — no fine print games.
Become a Working Owner
PSM is a data research company. When you join, you become a Consumer Data Respondent, working owner — by agreeing to share simple, de-identified insights about your consumer habits.
Complete short paid surveys
A few minutes in the mobile app Covered365 available apple and android – monthly surveys are required. You’re compensated for every survey — and your participation is what keeps your benefits eligibility active.
Access group health benefits
As a Working Owner making monthly premium contributions, survey participating and payment for completing that survey, you’re eligible to enroll in PSM’s group health benefit plans — the kind of coverage structure normally reserved for employees of large companies.

What this is — and what it isn’t.
This is a health insurance alternative: membership-based group health benefit plans, not traditional individual health insurance. Eligibility requires a brief suitability review, active survey participation, and monthly contributions. Specialty medications are not covered, some plans carry visit and admission limits, and the program isn’t available in every state. Survey income is reported at tax time (your Advisor will explain how). We’d rather tell you all of this up front — because coverage you understand is the whole point.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this health insurance?
It’s a health insurance alternative — group health benefit plans made available through PSM membership. Your Advisor will walk you through exactly how it compares to what you have now.
What does it cost?
It depends on your age band and the plan you choose. Most members who were buying individual coverage find meaningful savings — your call will give you real numbers.
Do I have to change doctors?
Plans use nationwide networks; your Advisor will help you check that your providers are in-network before you enroll.
What if I miss a survey?
Surveys keep your membership active. Miss them, and your benefits eligibility may be affected — the app makes them hard to forget.
How fast can I be covered?
Enrollment runs monthly; coverage begins on the 1st of the month after your enrollment is completed.
